A Happy Owner: The Most Important Result

We don’t often work directly for owners since we’re typically brought onto a project by a remodeling contractor as part of their team of tradesmen.  But whether we contract directly with an owner or as a reliable trade partner, we are always focused on making the owner happy and kicking-off a project on the right note.  Here’s what Isabel in Wayne had to say after we gutted her bathroom and an adjacent closet on Friday to make way for a new expanded bath:

“Thank you for a great job today!  The crew arrived on time and left everything cleaner than when they arrived.  I appreciate your professionalism and how well you and Carl communicated with us during this challenging week.”

Onto the next job for us, we wish Isabel well with the remainder of her project!

Ceiling From Hell

You thought your carpenter would have this ceiling down in a couple of hours by himself, so it wasn’t a big deal he wasn’t doing carpentry elsewhere that morning.  Then you discovered it was 2 layers of drywall over 2 layers of plaster with both wire and wood lath!  Thankfully, we’re only ever a phone call away…
