WHAT WE DO

Though we sometimes engage in direct contracts with home owners, we derive most of our revenue from sub-contract agreements with local builders on both residential and commercial projects.

In addition to demolishing homes and smaller commercial structures in their entirety, we've specialized in the selective demolition field during the past three decades. We believe our knowledge, experience, and capabilities in accurately estimating and effectively completing this type of work are unsurpassed. We succeed using the latest in equipment and technology, but our most valuable resources remain our family structure and the dedicated people associated with our firm.

Specifically, our services include:

• Residential and small commercial tear-downs.
• Selective interior demolition such as gutting kitchens and baths; removing partitions;
  stripping ceilings, walls, and flooring; removing mechanical units, oil tanks,
  duct work, and piping.
• Selective exterior demolition including garages and sheds; one, two, and three-story additions; roofs, stucco, and siding; masonry wall openings; chimneys; patios, pools, and other hard surfaces.
• Excavation of trenches, footings, and existing basements.
• Construction clean-up and debris removal.
